The county policy permits email, mail, hand delivery, or fax and states a five-business-day response or interim response, with a possible extension under the policy. Its published pages do not provide a public roster or booking-photo interface. Ask the prison or Warren County's current records route which custodian holds an identified intake record; a Forest County request does not substitute for a Warren County request.
